About John Prieto

Hello my name is John Prieto. A little about me: I was born and raised in Nashua NH, 9 of 10 children I graduated from Bishop Guertin High School and Plymouth State University where I earned a degree in Psychology. I'm a licensed Real Estate Broker and NH licensed residential appraiser. I estimate I've completed roughly 3,000 real estate transactions when you include all of my appraisals, sales, and real estate investments.... allow me to put my experience to work for you.

My parents Gil and Alice Prieto have been NH licensed Real Estate brokers since the late 1960's. My youngest brother is in the mortgage business, 2 of my sisters are realtors, my oldest brother, niece, nephew are in commercial real estate. It's in our blood. I have been around NH real estate my whole life and I love it.

I also love NH. I love the stunning natural beauty... the proximity to world class skiing, boating, hiking, fishing, city life, beaches, mountains, but most of all it's the people that make NH great. it is one of those rare places that is a amazing tourist destination and even better place to call home. And we play and explore all over NH.

I have an extensive local network of (mostly of lifelong friends/family) loan officers, insurance reps, title, attorneys, plumbers, contractors, handymen, electricians, roofers, masons, flooring, foundation and day laborers, etc...even if not a client feel free to reach out I'm happy to pass along referrals.

My wife Jessica and I just celebrated our 15 year wedding anniversary and we have two children Tobin 13 and Stella 12. My wife is the CEO of Michie Corp a business started by her parents and now run by her and her siblings...43 years in business and going as strong as ever. The sell, make, provide concrete and pre cast products. (michiecorp.com

I also love coaching my kids sports and watching them play all of their sports. We love to ski as a family. (The day your kids can lug their own ski gear and actually ski....is a red letter day).

I'm also an avid traveler (25 countries and counting) and long time player/member of Amoskeag Rugby Club in Manchester NH. And love training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu currently a blue belt.
